A rapid response to a roof leak, led to a 2 day tear away of shingles, shakes, and a re-ply of roof with precision and efficacy. My 3rd job given to Paul, and the team is a great one. Always know as well that no micro-inspection is needed because if I ever find anything wrong its a quick phone call, and rapid response as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! My sister and two friends recommended Capital Home Improvements because they had roofs done. We can't say enough about how happy we are with our new roof. We had two layers on our old roof which they stripped off in one day and the weather turned, so they got everything buttoned up to make it through to the next dry day. 48 hours later, the sun came out and they finished the job. They even put in the gutter guards we bought to keep the leaves out. We also got a 50 year Owens Corning transferable warranty. We bought the crew pizza to say thank you.

Been doing business with Paul Conklin and Capital for over 10 years now. Once you find a contractor that meets and exceeds your expectations, you stick with them. Paul has collected a crew of true professionals that know what they’re doing. No druggies allowed. Capital just finished adding a new front porch to the apartment side of my home (I have a two-family), and installed 12 new-construction windows with trim. They have quite literally transformed an old, unappealing facade into a showpiece. They did the same five years ago when they built a new front porch on my side of the house. Then, as now, the front facade was completely transformed and their work was excellent with no call-backs needed. I’ve also called upon them to fix a couple roof leaks that were caused by a previous inept contractor. Again, no call-backs needed. Special kudos to crew leader Dwayne, who was a perfectionist on every single detail of the build. Dwayne and his crew were always glad to answer my questions and I like to think I became friends with the entire crew. I really enjoyed talking with them. What a bunch of great guys! I will truly miss having them here. Then, to top it off, they volunteered to go next door and cleaned off the roof and cleaned the gutters of my next door neighbor who had lost her husband and was trying to get a handle on managing a house on her own. When is the last time you heard of that happening? My guess is never. So....do I recommend them? You bet I do!
